本课题组2019级硕士研究生刘梦菲同学获河北省“优秀硕士学位论文”,指导教师孙玉英教授。
刘梦菲同学以中华锯齿米虾为研究对象,通过生物信息学整合基因组与转录组的数据信息,挖掘出参与中华锯齿米虾蜕皮级联信号通路中的13个基因;从基因水平、蛋白质水平和个体表型等多维度,对参与MF生物合成过程的4个关键基因进行了功能分析;利用RNA干扰,结合差异表达谱与代谢通路等分析,探究了MF生物合成过程的关键基因其在蜕皮级联通路中的作用和分子调控机制以及对其个体代谢网络的影响。
