杨玉霞,女,汉族,1982年生,理学博士,教授,河北大学坤舆优秀学者,博士生导师,中国昆虫学会甲虫专业学会委员。2007年考入中国科学院动物研究所动物学专业攻读博士学位,2008年获得国家留学基金委全额资助赴瑞士巴塞尔自然历史博物馆进行联合培养,2010年7月博士毕业后被引进至河北大学生命科学学院工作至今,2013年被河北省委省政府评为河北省首批青年拔尖人才,2018年入选首批河北大学坤舆青年学者,2023年晋升为坤舆优秀学者二层次。
目前,主要从事昆虫系统学、多样性保护及资源开发等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,以及主持省部级、厅级等各类科研基金项目8项。以第一作者或通讯作者,发表各类学术论文100余篇(其中SCI刊源70余篇),出版学术专著1部。

1.昆虫系统学:以花萤科昆虫为核心的“软鞘类”甲虫为研究对象,开展进化分类和系统发生学等方面的研究;
2.多样性保护:基于动物地理学和生态学相关方法,认识和保护昆虫物种多样性,并探讨“软鞘类”甲虫的区系起源以及扩散路径;
3.昆虫资源开发:开展花萤科昆虫的生物学研究,掌握其行为和习性,探索利用该类昆虫的捕食性及传粉能力。
