个人简介
吴琛,女,河北大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师,河北大学生物医药与疾病诊疗研究院院长。2007年博士毕业于军事医学科学院基础医学研究所,主要研究领域:DNA损伤修复与癌症发生。2014年及2017年美国Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center和City of Hope Medical Center访问学者。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项及省部级项目十余项。以通讯作者在Nucleic Acids Research,Genome Biology、EMBO reports等期刊发表论文50余篇,授权发明专利1项。作为第一完成人获得2025年河北省科技进步一等奖,获得第十一届河北省“优秀科技工作者”称号。目前担任河北省生物工程学会副理事长、河北省生物化学与分子生物学学会理事。
主要研究方向:
1)翻译后修饰(重点关注糖基化、ADP-核糖基化等)及表观遗传修饰在肿瘤发生发展中的调控作用及机制;
2)DNA损伤修复与基因组不稳定性;
3) 基于多尺度虚拟细胞与虚拟类器官的创新药物发现及转化关键技术;
4)AI智能诊疗模型开发。
荣誉称号:2016年获得保定市五四青年奖章;2023年河北省优秀科技工作者;2023年河北省优秀硕士论文指导教师
