个人简介

刘柱东,男,1976年12月生,湖南宁乡人,博士,教授/研究员, 博士研究生导师。

主要从事昆虫生物入侵方面的科研工作。主持和参加各类项目10余项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文40余篇,其中在BMC Biology, Chemical Science, Animal Behaviour等期刊发表SCI论文30篇,第一或通讯作者SCI论文22篇,被SCI引用985篇次,H因子17。

已培养硕士2名(中国科学院动物研究所)、本科生3名;在读硕士生7名。

科研领域】昆虫生态与生物入侵

以入侵种红脂大小蠹及生态相关物种(微生物、土著小蠹和天敌)为研究模式,结合基因组和转录组,研究行为调控、信息交流及生物互作机制。

以寄生性天敌管氏肿腿蜂为对象,结合基因组、转录组,研究管氏肿腿蜂对寄主昆虫利用和学习行为的生态和分子机制。
